Simply create an account by selecting the profile icon. We will welcome you home with an immediate 50 points to begin your journey.

You can gather points through:

• Purchases: 1 point for every RM1 spent.
• Photo Reviews: 10 points for sharing your experience (one per unique product).
• Connection: 20 points for welcoming our newsletter into your world.
• Referrals: Gift a friend RM10 off their first Zora piece. When they purchase their favorite, we’ll gift RM10 to you, too.
• Birthdays: A gift of RM30 to celebrate you on your special day.

Purchasing sale items, you can still earn points on the final value of your order (price of product after discounts).

Log in to your Zora account to see your progress. You will find your balance within your Account Profile or nestled inside the Rewards Widget (the small icon at the bottom right of your screen).

Once your points have gathered, you may exchange them for these moments of value:

• 400 points → RM15 off
• 500 points → RM20 off
• 1000 points → RM50 off
• 2000 points → RM100 off

Please choose with intention; once a reward is redeemed and a code is generated, the points have been spent and cannot be reversed. In the event where you have miss-clicked on redeeming the rewards, please feel free to reach out to customer support via the chat bubble.

Yes. To ensure our small-batch craftsmanship remains sustainable, a flat minimum cart value of RM250 (excluding tax and shipping) applies to all reward redemptions.

Like the seasons, these moments have their own timing. Your points will stay with you for six months—plenty of time to find a piece you love. Once you’ve converted points into a discount code, that code will wait for you for 90 days before it fades.

Your reward prefers to stand alone. While she can be paired with Free Shipping, she cannot be combined with other promo codes, seasonal sale prices, or sitewide promotions.

It’s simple—open your Rewards Widget and share your unique link or email an invite. Your friend gets RM10 off their first order immediately. Once their order is fulfilled and they’ve settled into their new piece, your RM10 reward will appear in your account.

If a piece is returned to us, the points gathered from that specific item will gently depart from your balance. This keeps the cycle fair for our small-batch community.

To maintain the integrity of each journey, points are non-transferable and accounts cannot be merged. We recommend choosing one "home" email for all your Zora treasures.

Bringing your reward to checkout is a simple walk:

1. Log in to your Zora Profile.
2. Click the Rewards Widget or your Profile icon.
3. In 'Ways to spend'.
4. Choose your reward and click 'Redeem'.
