Zora Rewards: Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Zora Rewards. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in our loyalty program and should be read alongside Zora's General Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy. By creating an account and gathering Points, you agree to be bound by these terms. This program is managed by Thread X Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zora").
1. Membership & Eligibility Participation in Zora Rewards is open to individuals aged 18 years or older residing in Malaysia and beyond. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Zora reserves the right to terminate accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 18, with all associated points forfeited.

Only one account is permitted per person to ensure the integrity of our community.

Accounts are for personal use only; business entities or associations are not eligible to participate.

Points are non-transferable and cannot be merged across multiple profiles.
2. Gathering Points (Earning Points)

The rhythm of accrual. Members gather 1 point for every RM1.00 spent on eligible purchases.

Exclusions. To maintain our small-batch ethos, points are not awarded for the purchase of gift cards, store credit, or shipping fees. Points may also not be earned during flash sale events or in combination with specific promotional discount codes, as noted on the relevant campaign page. You can earn points on regularly discounted items, but only on the amount actually paid.

Validation. Points are credited to your account within 24–48 hours of order payment confirmation. In rare cases, please allow up to 5 business days. If you believe points have not been credited correctly, please contact us within 30 days of the relevant transaction and we will investigate. In the event of a technical error resulting in incorrect point balances, Zora reserves the right to correct the balance accordingly.

Fraudulent transactions. Points earned on orders subject to chargebacks or payment disputes will be placed on hold and permanently removed if the chargeback is upheld.
3. Loyalty Program Redemptions & The Nature of Rewards

Loyalty Program Redemptions. Reward codes redeemed through the Zora Rewards program are designed to be used independently. They cannot be combined with other promotional codes, sitewide discounts, or sale prices. Furthermore, all reward redemptions are subject to a minimum cart value. This minimum cart value must be met based on the product subtotal alone, strictly excluding any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

"Is there a minimum spend to use my rewards?" Yes. To ensure our small-batch craftsmanship remains sustainable, a flat minimum cart value of RM250 applies to all reward redemptions. Once this threshold is met, you may apply any of our reward tiers:

400 points → RM15 off

500 points → RM20 off

1000 points → RM50 off

2000 points → RM100 off

Redemption Finality. Once a reward is redeemed and a discount code is generated, the action is final and cannot be reversed.

Code limitations. Reward codes are single-use and non-transferable. Only one reward code may be applied per order. Codes shared with or used by third parties will be voided.

No cash value. Points are a symbol of our appreciation; they carry no cash value, are not legal tender, and cannot be exchanged for currency or sold.

Returns. Should an item be returned or refunded, the points gathered from that transaction will be deducted from your balance. For partial returns, points will be deducted on a pro-rated basis relative to the returned item's paid value.
4. The Passing of Seasons (Expiration) In the spirit of slow fashion, points and rewards have their own natural seasons.

Points expiration. Points expire after twelve (12) months of account inactivity, defined as any period in which no points are earned or redeemed.

Redeemed codes. Once points are converted into a discount code, the code must be used within 90 days. After this period, the code will expire and the points cannot be reinstated. Zora is not obligated to provide individual notices of upcoming expiration, though we will endeavour to send reminders where possible.
5. Account Suspension & Closure To protect the integrity of our community and ensure Zora Rewards remains a fair experience for every member, Zora reserves the right to pause or permanently close accounts in instances of misuse. Misuse includes, but is not limited to: creation of multiple accounts, fraudulent transactions, manipulation of point-earning systems, filing of chargebacks without legitimate dispute, or any activity intended to exploit the program in a manner inconsistent with its purpose.

Upon voluntary account closure, all accumulated points are forfeited immediately.

Upon account closure due to program misuse, all accumulated points are forfeited without refund or compensation.
6. Your Presence & Privacy (PDPA Compliance) By joining Zora Rewards, you consent to Thread X Sdn. Bhd. collecting and processing your personal data for the purposes of administering the program. Consent to marketing communications is separate and optional — you will be given the opportunity to opt in at the point of registration.

Your data is handled with care in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia). Your personal data may be shared with authorised third-party service providers who assist in operating the Zora Rewards program (such as our loyalty platform and email service provider), all of whom are bound by confidentiality obligations consistent with PDPA 2010.

Your rights. You have the right to access, correct, or withdraw consent over your personal data at any time. To make a request, please contact us at hello@zoraclothing.com. We will process all requests within 21 days.

Marketing communications. You may choose to stop receiving marketing emails at any time via the 'Unsubscribe' link. You will continue to receive transactional communications related to your account and point balance regardless of your marketing preference.

Data retention. Personal data collected under this program will be retained for a period of 3 years following the closure of a member's account, after which it will be securely deleted or anonymised.
7. The Right to Modify or Terminate Zora reserves the right to:

Adjust the value of points or the nature of rewards offered. We retain the absolute right to modify, adjust, or revoke point values, reward structures, and account balances at our sole discretion, taking any action we deem fit to protect the business and the integrity of the program.

Modify or suspend the program at any time.

Conclude the program permanently.
We will endeavour to provide 30 days' notice of any significant changes via our website or email. In the event of permanent program termination, members will be given a minimum of 90 days to redeem any outstanding points before they are voided.
8. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law Zora shall not be liable for technical delays or errors beyond our reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall first be directed to us at hello@zoradesigners.com for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, members retain the right to file a claim with the Consumer Claims Tribunal under the Consumer Protection Act 1999, or to seek resolution through the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
