Refund policy
Customisable Silhouette orders are unfortunately, not returnable unless defects or inaccurate products have been received.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Tags and liners must be attached.

Returns that do not meet these conditions or show signs of wear may be refused.
For the time being, returns are only accepted on purchases made within Malaysia.
Refunds will be made in store credit for the same amount, the same way the product price that was originally purchased. The refund procedure shall be started by hello@zoradesigners.com. within 14 Days as when the returned goods have been received by hello@zoradesigners.com. , after checking that the return has been correctly exercised and that the returned products are accepted. Internal record keeping.
The item must be in its original condition, subject to the rules below. None of these rules affect your statutory rights.
If you return an item requesting a refund within 14 days of receiving it, we'll give you a full refund in Store Credit for the amount equivalent to the price you paid for them.
All products must be presented in their original packaging, not used, in saleable condition accompanied by the original receipt or a printed e-mail receipt.
We do not offer cash refunds at this time.
This term is only applicable for ready stock items. As stated in our site, most of our products are hand-made to order unless stated otherwise.
This term is also not applicable for SALE ITEMS.
