Shipping policy
1. All ready-to-wear orders are processed within 3-5 working days, excluding weekends
and public holidays.
2. For silhouette orders, please allow 15-22 working days for processing. Delays may
occur due to public holidays, logistics, quality checks, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us
at hello@zoradesigners.com.
4. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import
charges imposed by the destination country. We are not responsible for delays
caused by customs clearance.
