Pick-Up Orders Policy

Processing Time:
Pick-up orders require 2 - 4 working days to be processed. You will receive a notification once your order is ready for collection.

Wisma Taiyoon, Level 3, 9C, Lorong Medan Tuanku, Taman Medan Tuanku, Chow Kit, 50300 Kuala Lumpur

Pick-Up Hours:
Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM (Closed on weekends and public holidays).

Important Notes:

• Same-day pick-up is not available at this time.

• We didn't process any orders during the public holidays or weekends. 

• All pick-up orders must be collected within 3 months from the date of purchase.

• Unclaimed orders after 3 months may be considered forfeited and are non-refundable.
