Pick-Up Orders Policy

Processing Time:
Pick-up orders require 2 - 4 working days to be processed. You will receive a notification once your order is ready for collection.

Pick-Up Hours:
Daily, 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

Important Notes:

  • Same-day pick-up is not available at this time.

  • We do not process any orders during the public holidays or weekends. 

  • All pick-up orders must be collected within 3 months from the date of purchase.

  • Unclaimed orders after 3 months may be considered forfeited and are non-refundable.
