SELF PICK-UP ORDER
Self pick-up order is only available at KL East Mall Store. Please allow 2–4 working days for your order to be prepared. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification via email. Kindly present your order confirmation or collection email upon arrival for verification purposes.

SHIPPING POLICY
1. All ready-to-wear orders are processed within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information will be sent through email.
2. For silhouette orders, please allow 26-30 business days for processing. Delays may occur due to public holidays, logistics, quality checks, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@zoradesigners.com.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For worldwide shipments, we utilise DHL, and Ninjavan is for deliveries within Singapore.
Estimated delivery is between 10-18 business days, however delays may occur to selected locations.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Please note that we have no control over these charges, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
WHAT’S THE SHIPPING CHARGES?
Free shipping is only available for Malaysia (by spending RM500 and above) and Singapore (by spending RM600 and above).
The shipping costs are depending on the volume of your orders and the charge by courier service.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
The request must be submitted to hello@zoradesigners.com
Unfortunately, requests made after the order states are fulfilled cannot be accommodated, as the orders would have already been packed and picked up by the courier.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?
Must be issued to hello@zoradesigners.com within 3 days.
If the package is lost during transit, we may offer a replacement or issue a refund for the lost items.
BOX PACKAGING
All shipping orders will be packed in boxes to ensure safe delivery. If you request extra boxes beyond what is necessary for the order, you will be required to pay an additional fee for those boxes.
Disclaimer: We didn’t pack each item into individual boxes to prevent weight disputes. Using minimal boxes while ensuring the items are well-protected can contribute to weight discrepancies.
