Can I cancel my order?

Yes! You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@zoradesigners.com with your cancellation request and order number.

Do you have a phone number I can call?

We don’t offer customer service support over the phone, but please don’t misunderstand this to be a lack of interest! We’d love to answer any questions you have via email or chat.

We know the decision to omit phone support is unusual, but after experimenting with different avenue, we’ve found that starting with email enables us to provide the fastest response. We focus on providing fast and high quality responses by email or chat, so you’re always talking to a human that can help first-hand.

What if the item is faulty?

In regards to our products, we do our best to ensure the highest quality are met. If for any reason you feel that the item is faulty, please email us at hello@zoradesigners.com with 3-4 well lit close up photos of the damaged item, along with your order number and we will contact you with any next steps.

Why do additional colours cost more?

We make it easy for you to customise each ZORA piece to your liking. That being said, some customisations are more costly to create than others. While we have the fabric for our recommend colours on-hand, fabric for all other colours must be special-ordered separately. This is reflected in the pricing for colour customisation.
