What is our Return Policy ?

Our clothing is made-to-order, just for you and no one else. Should you decide to return your order after receiving the item in good condition, we will charge a small Zero Waste Fee ( 35$ / 100 MYR per item) which will be deducted from your credit refund. We charge this fee because we implement smart inventory and storage methods that leads to smaller physical footprint, therefore offering you the lowest pricing possible for made-to-order clothing. Your Zero Waste Fee will help us reduce the impact of excess stock on the environment.

We imagine a future without over-production and environmentally devastating waste by not holding inventory.

Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery. 

 

What is our Exchange Policy ?

We would only accept exchanges if the item/size received are different from the original order, and will be fully liable for the shipping cost. 

 

How do I return/exchange?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return/exchange
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

 

What item are returnable ?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition
  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and resalable condition
  • In the original packaging and hangtag still attached in the same place as originally sent

 

Are there any items excluded in the Return Policy ?

The only items excluded from our returns policy are sample sale items, all sample sale items are considered final sale. Items purchased using a promo code or an email offer are not considered sale items and follow our regular returns policy.

 

What is Store Credit and how do i use it?

A Store Credit is a dollar amount that is available for you to use towards a future purchase through Zoradesigners.com. Please note that a store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account and may not be purchased.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your Store Credit refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be added to your account, within 12-15 business days.
