What is our Return Policy ?
For the time being, returns are only accepted on purchases made within Malaysia.
Refunds will be made in store credit for the same amount, the same way the product price that was originally purchased. The refund procedure shall be started by email@example.com within 14 Days as when the returned goods have been received by firstname.lastname@example.org, after checking that the return has been correctly exercised and that the returned products are accepted. The item must be in its original condition, subject to the rules below. None of these rules affect your statutory rights.
If you return an item requesting a refund within 30 days of receiving it, we'll give you a full refund in Store Credit for the amount equivalent to the price you paid for them.
All products must be presented in their original packaging, not used, in saleable condition accompanied by the original receipt or a printed e-mail receipt.
We do not offer cash refunds at this time.
This term is only applicable for ready stock items. As stated in our site, most of our products are hand-made to order unless stated otherwise.

What is our Exchange Policy ?
We would only accept exchanges if the item/size received are different from the original order, and will be fully liable for the shipping cost.
How do I return/exchange?

Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return/exchange
You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
What item are returnable ?
You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition
- Unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and resalable condition
- In the original packaging and hangtag still attached in the same place as originally sent
Are there any items excluded in the Return Policy ?
There’s two types of item excluded from our returns policy which are all hand-made to order items and sample sale items, all hand-made to order items and sample sale items are considered final sale. Items purchased using a promo code or an email offer are not considered sale items and follow our regular returns policy.
What is Store Credit and how do i use it?
A Store Credit is a dollar amount that is available for you to use towards a future purchase through Zoradesigners.com. Please note that a store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account and may not be purchased.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your Store Credit refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be added to your account, within 12-15 business days.
